Within the Growth team, specifically the Customer Success team, you will be responsible for managing, growing, and nurturing a portfolio of clients while serving as their primary point of contact, ensuring their satisfaction.
Your goal is to provide the best customer experience in order to reduce churn while maximizing renewal, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities.
Building trust-based relationships within your clients portfolio : 200 companies, mostly mid-market:
- Advising clients on the best usage of our product and modules. Preparing and conducting meetings with clients.
- Evolving as a long-term partner on all cybersecurity matters through strong expertise.
- Identifying needs and consistently offering solutions that provide additional value to clients.
- Anticipating and preventing potential dissatisfaction to reduce churn rate.
- Identifying business opportunities within your portfolio (expansion strategy) and pursuing growth opportunities through upselling and cross-selling.
- Showcasing Riotʼs products by sharing client feedbacks to contribute to product development and process improvement.
- Experience: You have ideally more than 4 years of relevant experiences in similar functions such as Customer Success, Account Management and ideally in the Tech industry and in a fast growing company.
- Youʼre fluent in French and in English.
- Commercial skills: You like finding new opportunities for mutual gains. You are at ease in negotiation & closing discussions.
- Multi-tasking: You are organized, meticulous, and responsive.
- Empathetic: You easily get into other people's shoes. You are able to take a step back, analyze your clients behaviors and anticipate their needs.
- Autonomous and driven: You know how to find the solution to an issue and look for the information you need.
- Great communicator: You have excellent written and oral communication skills. You know how to adapt to your audience.
I really believe in the mission of Riot: empower employees against cyberattacks. And believe me, they are doing a pretty good job at it: in 2022 alone, Riot trained more than 100,000 employees to deal with hackers.
