Description

The Growth team at Zefir is responsible for accelerating our customer acquisition while optimizing the full conversion funnel. In 2024, we’ve tripled our number of clients, increased by >60% our conversion rates while reducing our acquisition costs. Our ambition: deliver the best customer experience in the real estate industry while sustaining fast-paced, scalable and efficient growth.

Directly reporting to Constance, our Growth Lead, you'll play a pivotal role in scaling our growth and transforming the Seller experience through cutting-edge CRM and marketing automation strategies.

Mission
  • PRM & CRM Strategy: Design and execute a comprehensive strategy covering the entire Seller lifecycle—nurturing, conversion, adoption, and retention.
  • Marketing Automation: Create, launch, and optimize impactful, multi-channel campaigns (email, WhatsApp, SMS) from mandate signing to home sale.
  • Personalized Client Journeys: Develop hyper-personalized, AI-powered messaging and workflows that guide sellers through every stage of their selling experience.
  • Data & Analytics: Monitor performance, build dashboards using SQL, analyze customer behavior, and drive segmentation initiatives to maximize conversion, reactivation, and satisfaction.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with Acquisition, Brand, Sales, Product, and Operations teams to deliver a superior Seller experience.
Expected
  • 5-7 years of successful experience in CRM or PRM, driving business growth and enhancing client experience.
  • Expertise in campaign management and marketing automation tools (we use Customer.io) with proven experience in email, WhatsApp, SMS, segmentation, and A/B testing.
  • Strong data-driven mindset with experience in data analysis and insights-driven decision-making (bonus if you are proficient with SQL)
  • Exceptional communication skills: adept at crafting persuasive, data-backed messaging.
  • Strong track record of driving results and impact in fast-paced, execution-focused teams
  • Fluency in English and French.
  • Team player with a collaborative mindset, committed to collective success.
