As a member of our core tech team, you will build data features directly into our production grade SaaS product in close relationships with Klineo’s CTO. You will have a strong ownership of your projects. You will have the opportunity to help grow a strong data team.
This position is full-time and based in Paris with a flexible remote work policy.
Among others, you will contribute to:
- NLP based information extraction pipelines from clinical trials using state-of-the-art techniques (NER models, Transformers, LLM, …),
- end-to-end pipeline for patients data extraction and classification using OCR and NLP techniques,
- a precise matching algorithm between patients and clinical trials,
- You have strong foundations in machine learning
- You have experience across data & software engineering tools
- You are proficient in one or more widely used back-end & front-end languages (Python, Javascript, C++, Java, Scala, etc)
- If NLP techniques have no secret for you, it’s a plus :)
- Experience with medical data is a plus
- You are enthusiastic about learning new technologies and getting out of your comfort zone
- You are fluent in French and have working proficiency in English
