Description

As Klineo's first Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in building and expanding our client base. You will directly contribute to Klineo's growth and you will work closely with Klineo’s CEO and CMO (Chief Medical Officer).

By joining Klineo as the first Sales Executive, you will have the opportunity to help grow and manage a strong sales team in the future. This position is full-time and based in Paris with a flexible remote work policy.

Mission

This role encompasses the entire sales cycle:

  • Pipeline Development: Identify and qualify prospects within Big pharma, Biotechs, Hospitals, and pinpoint key contacts to lay the foundation for outreach efforts.
  • Outreach: Engage prospective Klineo’s customers about by executing a mix of warm leads generated through your own industry contacts and cold outreach to secure sales meetings. Use your persuasive communication skills to convince them to accelerate their drug development thanks to Klineo.
  • Sales Process Management: Lead the sales journey from initial contact to price negotiation and closing, ensuring prospect discovery phase is led promptly and effectively to accelerate deal closure. Maintain a detailed pipeline. Experience in answering RFP questionnaires is a plus.
  • Sales Strategy: Under the supervision of Klineo’s leadership team, develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve the company’s sales targets and expand its customer base. Input to the marketing plan which will support Klineo’s brand awareness and overall customer acquisition efforts.
Expected
  • 3 years minimum of sales experience with a track record in prospecting and closing deals with the medical, clinical operations and/or data departments of healthcare and/or pharmaceutical companies
  • Business school background, with a strong foundation in sales and marketing principles
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience's needs (proficiency in Microsoft suite is required)
  • Proactive, with an entrepreneurial spirit
  • A great attitude and ability to collaborate in a small team
  • Fluency in French and working proficiency in English are required
  • Passion for advancing healthcare through technology.
