Riot develops a security platform designed for fighting phishing attempts.
We created a platform to easily rollout a cybersecurity awareness program: the platform sends chat-based 4-minutes long courses to teams. Following the courses, the other side of the platform simulates phishing attacks, to prepare employees to face hackers — but in a safe environment.
Created in 2020, Riot has raised $15m with top-notch investors (Y Combinator, Base10, Funders Club and Frst Capital), and is now protecting more than 100,000 employees in over 500 companies (including Intercom, Deel and Deezer) all over the world.
1. Define and implement the outbound strategy:
- Develop an outbound prospecting strategy aligned with the company’s growth objectives.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to identify target segments and craft impactful messaging.
- Establish lead scoring and tracking methods to improve the qualification and prioritization process.
2. Design the outbound stack:
- Select, integrate, optimize, or build if needed, tools required for effective prospecting (CRM, automation tools, tracking, etc.).
- Configure and manage workflows to ensure efficient lead organization and campaign management.
- Set up automated workflows and personalized sequences to maximize campaign efficiency.
3. Analysis and reporting:
- Measure and analyze outbound campaign performance, including conversion, open, and response rates.
- Provide data-driven recommendations and continuously adjust the strategy.
4. Market research and innovation:
- Stay up-to-date with best practices in growth engineering and outbound, and test new tools or methods to maintain a competitive edge.
Experience:
- > 3 years of experience in growth marketing, growth hacking, or growth engineering, ideally in a fast-growing startup.
- Proven experience in implementing outbound strategies and automation stacks.
Technical skills:
- Proficient with automation tools and strong knowledge on Hubspot. Strong basis of Clay is a plus
- Coding skills (Python, SQL) and understanding of APIs for workflow customization.
Analytical and organizational skills:
- Excellent analytical skills and data-driven decision-making.
- Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail for project management and tracking.

I really believe in the mission of Riot: empower employees against cyberattacks. And believe me, they are doing a pretty good job at it: in 2022 alone, Riot trained more than 100,000 employees to deal with hackers.
They have raised and brought on board Base10 Partners (also investors in Notion, Figma, Reddit, ...) leading the last round, alongside Y Combinator (Airbnb, Stripe, Open AI, ...), FundersClub (Slack, Coinbase, ...) and A+ angels (listed in the comments).
