Upway is the leading platform selling refurbished e-bikes in Europe and the US. Our mission is to make electric mobility accessible to everyone. As Revenue Manager, you'll drive key initiatives that shape our trajectory and will allow us to deliver on our ambitious plan for 2025 and beyond.
You will play a critical role in taking strategic pricing and category management decisions to maximize revenue and profitability, leveraging market insights and advanced data analysis.
This role is ideal for someone with a strong analytical mindset who thrives in a fast-paced, problem-solving environment, blending strategy, operations, and data analysis.
- Promotions Management: Plan, execute, and analyze compelling promotional campaigns to maximize ROI
- Pricing Strategy: Optimize pricing decisions based on market trends, customer behavior, and competitor analysis
- Category Management: Refine our category management approach, identify and deploy category-specific levers to unlock additional growth
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Act as a trusted advisor to France sales, operations, and marketing teams, guiding decisions with data insights
- Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, Economics, Data Science
- 3+ years in consulting, pricing, revenue management, data analytics or investment banking
- Exceptional analytical skills, comfortable working with numbers and making data-driven decisions
- SQL proficiency (or ability to learn it fast as it’s part of the day to day of the role)
- Problem-solving and critical thinking mindset, with a focus on actionable insights
- Strong communication skills to translate complex analyses into clear, impactful strategies
- Fluent in French and proficient in English
