The Growth team at Zefir is responsible for accelerating our customer acquisition while optimizing the full conversion funnel. In 2024, we’ve tripled our number of clients, increased by >60% our conversion rates while reducing our acquisition costs. As Growth Operations, your mission is to build and optimize a high-performing B2C growth engine. You will be at the intersection of performance, process, and tooling—ensuring Zefir keeps scaling fast without compromising on robustness or client XP. Reporting to Constance, our Growth Lead, you’ll also collaborate closely with Sales, Operations and Product to drive revenue growth and boost acquisition efficiency.
- Acquisition efficiency
- Support the Growth & Sales team in reaching targets (volume and value) by driving business planning (targets definition, hiring plan, commission structure)
- Empower the Growth team with AI and automation tools to industrialize performance analysis, campaigns optimization content production, etc.
- Sales Enablement
- Identify best practices, training needs, and process improvements through data analysis and field observation
- Own and optimize CRM processes (Hubspot) to streamline workflows, ensure data integrity, and support Sales productivity
- Conversion optimization
- Analyze conversion funnel bottlenecks, propose and drive implementation of measurable improvements
- Maximize revenue by refining differentiated strategies by client type, delivering the most tailor-made experience while also building a growth engine that scales
- Launch reactivation initiatives to convert past leads using AI-driven personalization tactics
- 4–7 years of experience in Operations, Revenue Optimization, or Consulting
- Strong track record of delivering measurable results in fast-paced environments
- Analytical mindset and data fluency (SQL proficiency is a strong plus)
- Hands-on builder with a doer attitude and ability to work autonomously
- Experience in (or at least strong appetite for) leveraging AI & automation tools (e.g. Cursor, LLMs, Pipedream etc) to supercharge processes. Interested to know more about how we use AI ? feel free to read this.
- Team player experienced in cross-functional collaboration and project ownership
- Bonus: Expertise in Growth, Hubspot CRM, or Sales Enablement
